RabbitMQ im Überblick
RabbitMQ ist ein weit verbreiteter Message Broker (AMQP) — Rückgrat asynchroner Architekturen und oft betriebskritisch, ohne im Rampenlicht zu stehen. Broadcom pflegt mehrere Release-Serien mit regelmäßigen Patches; Sicherheitsfixes betreffen teils das Management-Plugin oder die Authentifizierung.
Updates laufen bei Clustern rollierend Knoten für Knoten, wobei Erlang-/OTP-Version und RabbitMQ-Version zueinander passen müssen — die Kompatibilitätsmatrix ist Pflichtlektüre. Das Management-UI und der AMQP-Port gehören nie ungeschützt ins Netz, Standard-Zugangsdaten müssen weg. Vor Major-Upgrades die Feature-Flags und die dokumentierte Upgrade-Reihenfolge prüfen; Queues und Nachrichten sollten persistent konfiguriert sein.
