EaseUS Partition Master at a glance
EaseUS Partition Master manages disks and partitions on Windows. It shrinks, extends, moves and clones partitions, converts disks between MBR and GPT and transfers an operating system to another disk. Administrators use it when a system drive has become too small, an SSD is being replaced or a disk needs to be repartitioned without reinstalling the system.
The program is offered in a free edition with limited features and in paid editions. New versions appear several times a year, but the vendor does not publish release notes with version numbers.
Before any change to partitions, a complete backup of the affected data is mandatory, because a power failure in the middle of an operation can destroy data. No operation should be running while the software itself is updated. On notebooks the power adapter must be connected, and BitLocker drives should be unlocked before any intervention.
