Jabra Xpress at a glance

Jabra Xpress is a management tool from Jabra for operating headsets and audio devices across an organization. Administrators use the on-premises variant to distribute firmware, settings and policies centrally and to keep the device fleet at a consistent level across many workstations.

The software is provided as a server-side solution for Windows and Linux and works together with the endpoint companion program that applies the configuration on the workstations. The vendor maintains separate levels for the server and the client components, so updates cannot be reduced to a single continuous version number.

When updating, keep in mind that the server and client components as well as the device firmware need to match. Before broadly distributing new firmware or settings, testing with a small group of devices is advisable to confirm compatibility with the models in use.
