Libre Hardware Monitor is a lightweight, open-source Windows tool for monitoring a computer's hardware sensors. It reads CPU, GPU and mainboard temperatures, fan speeds, voltages, load, and clock and memory values and presents them in a clear overview. The program is an actively maintained fork of the discontinued Open Hardware Monitor and is widely used by administrators for quick diagnostics of individual systems or as a sensor source for dashboards and third-party applications.

New builds are published as release packages through the official project repository, usually adding support for current chipsets, sensors and graphics cards along with bug fixes. When updating Libre Hardware Monitor, check whether your own scripts or monitoring integrations still address the exposed interface unchanged, and restart the application with administrative rights afterwards so all sensors are detected correctly.
