Pangolin at a glance
Pangolin is a self-hosted platform for remote access to internal services. It pairs a WireGuard-based tunnel between a publicly reachable node and internal sites with a reverse proxy that forwards requests only after authentication. This lets teams publish web applications and TCP/UDP services without opening inbound firewall ports at the site.
The project ships its levels as GitHub releases at a short cadence, with pre-releases clearly marked ahead of larger jumps. Deployment is usually container-based. Besides the server there are separate tunnel clients whose level has to match the server.
