Termius at a glance

Termius is a commercial SSH and terminal client that administrators use to manage large numbers of server and network connections from a single, consistent workspace. It organizes hosts, groups, SSH keys, credentials and reusable command snippets, and synchronizes them in encrypted form across desktop and mobile devices. Alongside classic SSH it supports Mosh, SFTP file transfer, port forwarding and Telnet.

As a proprietary application, Termius is updated regularly through the respective platform channels such as desktop installers, the App Store, Google Play and package managers. The individual operating-system builds follow their own release tracks, so version numbers can differ between desktop, iOS and Android. New releases typically deliver bug fixes, security and compatibility improvements, and additional team and sync features.

When updating, review the platform-specific changelogs, since some capabilities are tied to team or subscription plans. In managed environments, rolling out through your existing package manager or MDM keeps all endpoints on a consistent version and ensures reliable synchronization across devices.
