Vavo Player at a glance
Vavo Player is a media player for TVs, desktops and mobile devices. It plays your own playlists, live streams and local video files and does not include any content itself. On Windows it is distributed through the Microsoft Store; other versions exist for Android, Android TV, Fire TV and some TV platforms.
New versions appear in the respective stores. A shared changelog with version numbers cannot be found on the website, so the current release cannot be tracked automatically. The license applies per device and for twelve months, with separate offers for hotels and businesses.
In company networks, note that streams and playlists come from external sources. Anyone allowing the player on managed Windows machines should handle distribution through the Microsoft Store in the software management and watch updates there.
