Traefik im Überblick
Traefik ist ein cloud-nativer Reverse Proxy und Load Balancer, der Dienste dynamisch über Docker-, Kubernetes- und andere Provider entdeckt. Traefik Labs veröffentlicht regelmäßig Releases in mehreren Zweigen; Sicherheitsfixes betreffen gelegentlich Routing, Middleware oder das Dashboard.
Für Admins ist der große Versionssprung (v2 auf v3) der Punkt, an dem Aufmerksamkeit nötig ist: Konfigurationsschema und Middleware-Namen haben sich geändert. Innerhalb eines Zweigs sind Updates unkritisch. Das Dashboard und die API gehören abgesichert oder deaktiviert. Traefik terminiert oft TLS und kennt Routing zu internen Diensten — die statische und dynamische Konfiguration gehört versioniert und die Provider-Zugriffe minimal.
