DocBee at a glance
DocBee is cloud-based IT service management and ticketing software offered under the NEXOWARE brand. It targets managed service providers, IT system houses and internal IT departments in the German-speaking region. Through structured tickets, SLA management, service and time tracking and documented cases, DocBee covers the full lifecycle of a service request, and recurring processes can be modelled and automated without programming knowledge.
The application runs as a hosted service and ships in named editions whose changes are documented in public release notes. New editions appear several times a year and introduce feature and interface changes; the web interface is complemented by a mobile app for iOS and Android.
Because DocBee is operated centrally, changes take effect for all users at once.
