phpIPAM is a popular open-source IP address management (IPAM) application, documenting subnets, IPs, VLANs and related network data. phpIPAM ships regular releases plus security fixes; as a web application holding a detailed map of the network (and sometimes credentials), hardening and timely updates matter.
